Static Caravans

  1. The hirer will pay Upper Lynstone the cost of replacing any fitting, article or utensil damaged or destroyed during hiring.
  2. Upper Lynstone will accept no liability in respect of personal injury or damaged suffered by the hirer, any member of their family, guests or persons occupying or entering the caravan with Upper Lynstone’s permission.
  3. The hirer will leave the caravan clean and tidy. Due to lack of storage space, vacuum cleaners are available on request at reception.
  4. The caravan may be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
  5. Upper Lynstone reserves the right to refuse admission to any other persons other that those mentioned on the booking confirmation.
  6. The charging of Electric Vehicles from the Caravans is prohibited.
  7. We regret that no parties comprised of wholly Males, Females or Teenagers can be accommodated.
  8. Deposits are non-refundable and balances are due 28 days prior to arrival.
  9. If you cancel your booking with us prior to 28 days you will loose your deposit, however if it is within 28 days of arrival you will be liable for full payment.
  10. It is essential that your dog’s bedding is brought with you as we prefer them not to sleep on the beds or seating area at the front of the caravan. Their own bedding helps them to settle when away from home.
  11. The use of the site shower and toilet block is prohibited.

Camping & Electric Hook Up Pitches

  1. All pitches are available from 12 noon on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
  2. The charging Electric Vehicles from Electric Hook Up points is Prohibited.
  3. No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
  4. If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the arrival date you will be liable for the full amount, your deposit will be lost if cancellation outside this time.
  5. The site has toilets, free showers and a laundry room. There is also a shop selling general provisions.
  6. Only persons entered on the booking confirmation can be accommodated.
  7. We do not allow camp fires or fire pits, BBQ’s can be used as long as kept off the grass.

Please consider others and keep noise to a minimum especially at night.
